How We’ll Work With You:
Before we begin.
First, we meet with you to discuss and learn about your current business, and the business objectives you need to meet with this project.
Secondly, we draft a proposal that fixes the cost range and provides a clear, limited scope for the project, outlined in detail. We’ll review this with you and redraft it if needed until we’re both satisfied with it.
Getting Started
Once we get your signoff on the proposal, we enter the pre-production stage, where we will provide you with a checklist of all critical decision points that affect the project, as well as a list of required materials or services. These can include copy, illlustration, motion graphics, interactive elements, photography, user accounts, web hosting, and more.
We create a work-back schedule from this and agree on our mutual responsibilities to meet project milestones.
Creative Concepts
We’ll then provide creative roughs to fine-tune the look and feel, and address the project’s structure and navigation. Once the design is agreed upon, we build a prototype.
The Prototype
Typically it incorporates about half of the complete content. At this point, user-testing may be conducted to make sure that it’s easy to use and navigate, and conforms to user expectations of how it should work.
The Final Project
The prototype is then brought to a finished stage, thoroughly tested, and released as the finished project.
Post-Launch
We observe the performance of the project and evaluate its effectiveness, making further adjustments or updates as desired, to ensure that the site evolves to meet users’ future needs and accommodate your organization’s future business requirements.
