Task:

Freed Developments builds high-end condos in the Greater Toronto Area. Their newest project, the 550 Wellington, is a mixed condo / hotel aimed at an upscale clientele. Their agency, LA Ads, had already created knockout print creative with rich, stunning photography to communicate the 550 Wellington’s aspirational lifestyle, and needed this translated for the Web. From a business perspective, they needed this site to collect marketing data to fuel and fine-tune their sales efforts.

Features:

Prospective buyers are enticed with a rich Flash interface, and can view streaming video of 3D walkthroughs. A simple online registration form feeds a back-end database which  provides reporting and tracking to the Freed Developments sales team..
