The Client
Business for the Arts is a Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to helping fund the arts by connecting them with big business. Their organization is small and flexible and they needed a website that reflects the creativity of the arts while maintaining the professional business needs of their corporate sponsors. BftA runs many different programs that require active participation of those involved and different team members have the capacity to edit their parts of the website for the programs they are responsible for.
The Process
We worked as project lead creating technical specifications and wireframe drawings with the client. Those materials were then passed to Naked Creative Consultancy. They in turn designed the look and feel of the website and we jointly presented the creative to the client. We built the website to those specs and then ran a few training sessions with the client so they were able to get their team comfortable with the process of updating their own site.
Project Features:
- Drupal Based CMS website allows the client to change all the content in the site.
- Business members and corporate sponsors have rotating logos controlled by the client.
- User uploaded photo galleries for past events.
- Members signup for various Business for the Arts programs.
