Let’s copy our initial prompt into ChatGPT

01: Open ChatGPT

Open Chat-GPT in a new window and create a new ChatGPT-4 chat. (Required paid ChatGPT Plus). Do not use the web browser mode or any plugins.

02: Copy n’ paste into ChatGPT as-is

Use the “copy” button below the prompt and paste the message into ChatGPT and post the message. ChatGPT will ask for the next prompt.

Act as a professional B2B Consultant writing a SaaS website project brief document for a new website. The brief document will contain information on the following 7 topics.

1. Project Goals
2. Brand & Visual Identity
3. Website platform
4. CRM and 3rd party tools
5. Media, Imagery
6. Content & SEO
7. Timeline

I will provide 7 follow-up prompts, each providing details for the 7 topics above. I will paste the details for each section in a new prompt. After each section, please instruct me to paste details for the next prompt and include the section title in your response. Instruct me to paste each section's details one by one.

After I enter details for the 7 prompts, I will then provide 1 template document for analysis.  I will paste the document as plain text into the chat prompt.

Use the example document for structure, headings, and to format the project brief document. Replace content between brackets that is formatted like this { text to replace }. Use the text inside the brackets as a suggestion for length and the desired topic output. For each section, replace the content from my inputs in the original 7 prompts. If information is missing from my prompts for a section, or if my input prompts are “TBD” or “To be determined,” write a short "To be determined" sentence. Include with this a brief list of ideas to consider with my team.

After the report is complete, write a short risk analysis summary based on the entire generated report. 
 
If the generated report is too long to fit in a single prompt, say that you've reached the maximum length for a single prompt and ask me if I'd like to continue. Repeat asking this until the report is complete. Append “End of Report” to the end.
